- ASN clubs: 1 participant
- Mobility clubs: 1 participant
If you want to bring some other delegate from your organization to the event, please send your request to the official email.
ACCOMMODATION
The Congress will take place in Hotel Casa Santo Domingo.

As there is a limited number of rooms at the Congress venue, please secure your stay by confirming your participation before July 31 st. After this date, you might be accommodated in another hotel.
Based on your confirmation, a room will be secured on your behalf during the official days of the Congress, as per below:
- 4 nights
- IN: July 31 st, OUT: August 4.
- Breakfast included.
If you wish to extend your stay at your own expense, please contact murrutia@casasantodomingo.com.gt indicating that you are a participant in the FIA 2023 Congress.
Flight tickets are not covered by event organizers.
TRANSFERS
A collective transfer service from/to Guatemala Airport and the main venue in Antigua will be offered subject to the following schedule:
- Arrival: shuttles will be available on July 31 st throughout the day. There will be a person with a banner with the Congress logo for orientation.
- Departure: several shuttles will be scheduled during the day. Information will be provided at the help desk during the Congress.
The distance between the airport and Antigua is 37km. Depending on road traffic, travel duration could be over one hour. Please take into account this when programing your departure flight
If you want to visit other places and do tourism, remember that you are traveling on your own expense.
